SAPIE is an independent non-profit platform whose mission is to develop and connect Slovakia’s innovation ecosystem. It is the country’s largest professional innovation association, representing almost 200 member companies and organisations.

SAPIE is a leading platform for expert discussion on the digital economy and innovation in Slovakia, with the ambition to connect leaders across Central and Eastern Europe. It actively builds public–private partnerships, supports the start-up community and contributes to the digital transformation of SMEs throughout the CEE region.

It supports activities that strengthen digital, entrepreneurial and management skills, enabling businesses and individuals to grow in a highly competitive environment. SAPIE develops a thriving ecosystem connecting companies, investors, research institutions, government and NGOs to collaborate, exchange knowledge and promote economic growth. It contributes through round tables, events, conferences, policy recommendations, joint positions and expert workshops.
