MH Teplárenský holding
MH Teplárenský holding (MHTH) connects and streamlines the activities of six state heating companies in Bratislava, Trnava, Zvolen, Martin, Žilina and Košice. MHTH ensurres thermal comfort and provides its services for 320 000 households and approx. 1 000 000 inhabitants. Up to 50 % of the population of Slovakia is connected to to district heating MHTH. The company produces 2600 GWh of heat and 650 GWh of electricity. Our services: production and supply of heat and cold, production and distribution of electricity, including MDS operation, energy performance contracting (EPC), design and delivery of technology for heating, ventilation, and cooling, operation and modernization of energy equipment owned by the customer, ensuring the operation of the energy auditor.
Our future: deployment of renewable energy sources (biomass, geothermal energy, waste heat from industrial processes), integration of waste to energy plants, development of high efficient cogeneration of electricity and heat, replacement of fossil natural gas with low emission and renewable gases, green hydrogen production and its accumulation, photovoltaic power plants with large capacity batteries.

She currently works as the director of human resources at MHTH. Together with a great team, values-based leaders, and professionals, they built a new, modern MHTH together. It is an honor for her to be part of this unique and unprecedented project in an environment of state-owned companies.
